Split projects into individual Hugo pages

Summary

Moved GoAuth, Pennywise, and forme from the Projects section index into individual Markdown pages, removed em dashes from their content, and verified that Hugo generated each project route successfully.

Decisions

• Kept the Projects index limited to section metadata, matching the Bytes section structure
• Assigned explicit page weights to preserve the existing project display order
