Debloat Mi TV Stick and switch to FLauncher

Summary

Established wireless ADB access to the Android 9 Mi TV Stick, removed the requested streaming and system apps, installed the official FLauncher 0.18.0 release, and verified it as the active Home launcher.

Decisions

• Removed bundled system apps only for the current Android user so the changes remain reversible
• Disabled rather than uninstalled the stock Google TV launcher after it overrode Android’s preferred Home setting
• Kept MI Wallpaper and Xiaomi’s auto-install configuration installed

Learnings

• On this Android TV build, setting FLauncher as the preferred Home activity was insufficient until the higher-priority stock launcher was disabled
