Ship AI Quick Add review-and-save on Quick Add

Summary

Added an AI describe card on Quick Add that parses everyday-language text into editable previews, then saves ready rows through the existing create flow. Upgraded amount editing so decimals survive review, and added per-row and bulk discard plus field-level and parse/save error handling.

Decisions

• Parsing never creates transactions; users confirm via Save or Save all ready
• Keep the original description visible after generate so users can compare it with previews
• Upgrade shared AmountInput for decimal money instead of reusing the integer-stripping parser on AI rows
• Show parse failures as a card alert, save failures on the row, and incomplete AI output as field hints

Learnings

• The old AmountInput stripped non-digits, so 500.25 became 50025 on blur
• frontend/src/lib/money.ts already owned inr display helpers; amount parse/format had to live in parseAmount.ts
